STAY AWAY !!! You can better book at Motel 6 and get 10 times more value for the money ! This is not worth the name Holiday Inn , it looks like a dump , windows dirty , no towels in bathroom , At 9.15 for breakfast , not ONE slice of breath , pancake machine broken for months ( per the manager !) and very impolite staff stating breakfast stops at 9.30 BUT others had eaten to much so nothing for guests arriving at breakfast at 9.15 , no bread , na cakes , na pancakes , nothing ! VERY rude staff and manager that for sure not knows how to run a hotel ! Tried to smootch us with “ points on my account “ to make up for THE WORST hotel experiance in 30 years of traveling in US !! And that for a rate of +$160 a night ! I wonder if the manager would be pleased with this “ low life “ service !? Again , BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

Worst Holiday Inn Express out of 20 other locations

Worst Holiday Inn. I am a IHG card member and stay at many Holiday Inn and Express. Out of about 20 locations I have tried, this one was the worst. The hotel needs some TLC but that is ok. Stayed there 4/3 and the heater was not working. They switched us to another room and the thermostat was not working and AC/Heat had to be controlled with the knows on the vent that had a very strong odor of burnt dust coming out. Also the front door handles get stuck and do not work. The pool was full of dead bugs floating. The pool did not have towels. Then the front desk gave this room to another guest that someone walked into our room at 1:30 AM and woke us up. After breakfast, the key card was not working, probably because the person that walked in at 1:30 had the key that works and it stopped ours. Worst front desk clerk who needs more training. Starting with no towels at the pool with someone walking into your room in the middle of the night, this was the WORST Holiday inn ever. The manager of this location needs to learn from other Holiday Inn locations.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Las Vegas December 11 through December 14. It was fabulous day great staff great hotel however we never received the refund for our deposit credited to the credit card. I called the hotel eight times. Also emailed no response. It would have been a five star review if this hadn’t happened.

I had an amazing experience. Samantha checked me in and made me feel like royalty. Yellum was at the desk when I needed help and she gave greedy recommendations. The breakfast was on point and the lobby and breakfast area was nice and clean. The room smelled and felt clean, this is so important. I highly recommend this property.

Criminal Activity Ignored

I spent several days at this property,my stay went south when my Vehicle was broken into all valuable contents stolen. When I reported this to the staff ,they informed me that this had happened several times in the past few weeks, would have been nice to know at check in! No security cameras and a security guard who either fell asleep or was part of this criminal operation. The parking lot is not very large at that. They charge 18.00 to park on their private property yet claim no responsibility! If you are attending events at Alliance Stadium or any other reason to be in Las Vegas, avoid this property like the plague!
